Oven Loaders - Leyde Bakelift M - E - Plus

The Leyde Bakelift models Bakelift M - E - Plus are used to load small to medium-sized deck ovens. The Bakelift M is particularly suitable for in-store baking ovens, while we recommend the Bakelift Plus for baking in the bakery. The focus here is on the simple and space-saving integration of the loader into your bakery.

Our loading table has the same height as a classic manual loading table (40 mm). By using a loader, no conversion of the oven to high baking chambers is required. The Leyde Bakelift loaders have a special mechanism which guarantees that the entire oven surface can be loaded. This means that the dough pieces can be baked consistently.

Leyde Bakelift M

This purely mechanical loader is designed for manual operation. Counterweights are used to move the loader table to the various positions in front of the ovens by hand. The Bakelift M locks into place in front of the various ovens. Loading and unloading is done manually by pushing the loader table in and out.

Leyde Bakelift E

This variant supplements the functions of the Bakelift M with an electric lifting mechanism. This makes lifting and lowering the load even easier, making operation more convenient and less effort-intensive.

Leyde Bakelift Plus

As a semi-automatic solution, this model offers maximum efficiency. In addition to electric lifting and lowering, the extractor also moves in and out of the oven electrically.
