Oven Loaders - Leyde Bakelift Pro

With the Leyde Bakelift Pro models, we can load up to two large deck ovens with baking surfaces of up to 1800 x 2400 mm (width x depth). With the Bakelift Pro models it is possible to further automate your bakery. You can make your bakery even more efficient thanks to clever loading/unloading concepts and baked goods transportation.

Our loading table has the same height as a classic manual loading table (40 mm). By using a loader, no conversion of the oven to high baking chambers is required. The Leyde Bakelift loaders have a special mechanism which guarantees that the entire oven surface can be loaded. This means that the dough pieces can be baked consistently.

Bakelift Pro

Our standard version when it comes to sophisticated automation of the loading of deck ovens. The use of an intelligent touch control and electric motors ensures precise positioning in front of the various ovens and automatic loading/unloading of the bakery products. The dough pieces are loaded and the finished baked goods are delivered at the front of the loader. The loading and unloading is carried out in automatic steps using sensors.

Bakelift Pro laterally movable

By moving sideways, the Bakelift Pro can operate up to two ovens. This also opens up further automation options.

Bakelift Pro Feeding Table/Crawling Table

A loading table allows the next dough pieces to be prepared during an active loading process. This reduces downtime for the loader and the operating staff and increases efficiency in your bakery.
Crawler tables transport dough pieces directly from peelboards to the oven loader. This also saves a step in the work chain.
