Banding of laundry stacks in the production line
This machine for banding laundry stacks is integrated into an existing production line. Different sizes of laundry stacks are banded in length, height and width. Thanks to the integrated length measurement, the band is always positioned in the middle, which ensures uniform and stable packaging and bundling. The packaging material used is paper banding, which is an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic sealing. The machine achieves an output of up to 12 banderoles per minute and therefore offers a practical solution for various packaging requirements.
Stacking and banding of sealed products
This machine combines the functions of stacking and banding for shrink-wrapped products. The machine is integrated into an existing production line and offers flexible application options for different stacking heights, including stacks of 3, 5 and 10. The use of banding offers an alternative to stretch wrapping and reduces packaging waste. With a processing speed of up to 80 products per minute, the machine is an efficient solution for bundling products into different packaging units.
Banding of package inserts
The machine enables the stacking and banding of leaflets. The machine processes different numbers of leaflets, which are precisely stacked on top of each other and then banded. A paper band is used as the packaging material, which is an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional plastic sealing. 20 stacks of leaflets are banded per minute.
Palletizing of paint buckets
This machine offers a fully automatic solution for palletizing paint buckets. First, the pallets are supplied from a pallet magazine, which is loaded by a forklift. Six palletizing robots are then automatically supplied with pallets from the pallet magazine. The buckets are automatically fed to the robot by conveyor belt. The buckets are then first stacked and then placed on the pallet by cartesian robots. After palletizing, the pallets are automatically transported and fed to a strapping system and a pallet wrapping system, which packs the bucket pallets and makes them safe for transport. The pallet is removed by a forklift for direct loading onto a truck or storage.
